Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Fibes Co. cannot guarantee redirection or recovery of the package.

Additional shipping costs may apply if a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • the package

  • the damaged product

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
