LOOK CLOSER

Why your fibre supplement is failing you.

You’ve swallowed the gritty orange drink. You’ve chewed the gummies. You’ve told yourself your fibre is handled.

But the powder’s 3.4g is psyllium weight, not fibre, and one popular three gummy serve delivers just 5g.

The category has spent years making small, single source doses look complete. They aren’t.

Orange flavoured psyllium, standard husk, clear dextrin and gummies package the compromise differently.

But the compromise is still there.

01

One fibre cannot do four fibres’ job.

Psyllium can be useful. So can other individual fibres. But one source is not the entire fibre category.

Clear dextrin powders are not a meaningful upgrade. They dissolve more discreetly, but repeat the same fundamental mistake: one isolated fibre, every day, presented as a complete fibre routine. Clearer water does not create fibre diversity.

Different fibres have different physical and fermentative properties. Yet legacy products build an entire routine around one ingredient and let the word “fibre” make it sound complete.

The uncomfortable truth is that you may have taken fibre every day while giving your gut the same narrow input every day.

Fibes combines four complementary sources in one 10g serving. More types of fibre for your digestive system and microbiome to work with, not one ingredient being asked to do everything

Why we built it

I got tired of fibre products that were either chalk in water or candy with 2 grams of fibre. We built Fibes to close the gap properly: 10 grams a serve, four complementary sources, and a taste you can actually keep up daily.

They made the ingredient sound like the dose.

That famous orange powder contains 3.4g of psyllium husk per serve.

That does not mean 3.4g of fibre.

Published composition data puts psyllium husk at roughly 77% dietary fibre—making that dose approximately 2.6g of actual fibre. The manufacturer itself declares only 2.4g of soluble fibre.

Fibes gives you 10g of dietary fibre per serve. Nearly four times as much—before we even discuss getting four complementary sources instead of one.

Seventy two doses sounds generous. The doses are just tiny.

03

Your microbiome does not eat marketing.

Colours, sweeteners, flavour systems and candy coatings can make a product easier to sell. They cannot make a narrow fibre formula more complete.

Your microbiome responds to the fibres that reach it. Different fibre structures are fermented and used differently, which is why the actual blend matters.

Fibes starts with four complementary sources: Actazin® green kiwifruit powder, Sunfiber® PHGG, soluble corn fibre and tapioca-derived resistant starch.

The NATURAL raspberry flavour exists to make 10g of fibre enjoyable, not to distract you from how little fibre is inside.

Powder fibre quantity estimated using 3.4g psyllium husk per serve and published composition data of 77.24% total dietary fibre. The manufacturer declares 2.4g soluble fibre per serve. The "cheap" fibre can actually cost more

The orange powder looks inexpensive because its recommended dose is small.

At $35 for 72 doses, it contains approximately 189g of actual dietary fibre. That works out to about 18.5¢ per gram.

A popular gummy example is worse: $40 for 72 gummies, with three gummies delivering 5g of fibre. To match one 10g Fibes serve, you need six gummies a day.
The bottle is gone in 12 days. That is $3.33 a day, or 33.3¢ per gram of fibre.

A Triple Fibes subscription delivers 900g of dietary fibre across 90 days for $151.20. That is $1.68 a day and just 16.8¢ per gram.

Fibes costs less per gram than the supposed budget powder and roughly half as much as the gummies, all while delivering four complementary sources instead of one.

Triple is not the expensive option. It is the point where every other option stops making financial sense, on top of ingredient sense.

Save $148.80 vs gummies over 90 days+ imo, it tastes better

A routine you hate will not last

That gritty, sludge turns fibre into something you have to endure.

Gummies go the other way, turning fibre into confectionery while delivering nowhere near enough. One feels like punishment. The other barely addresses the problem.

Fibes gives you 10g of dietary fibre in something genuinely enjoyable to take. No forcing it down. No pretending a couple of gummies solved anything. No abandoned tub taking up space in your cupboard.

Because the supplement you stop taking delivers exactly zero grams of fibre.

Ingredients

With no added sugar, naturally sweetened, no fillers, and no added colours. Our white blend contains the best fibre sources you can ask for.

Tapioca resistant starch: Unlike regular starch, this ingredient acts as an insoluble fibre until it arrives in your large intestine, where it breaks down and gets fermented by your microbes, ensuring your gut bacteria is nourished, all the way through.

Soluble Corn Fibre: is a powerful ingredient that helps suppress the rise of post prandial blood glucose level (post meal sugar spikes).

Sunfiber® PHGG: promotes a healthy digestive balance, without excess gas or bloating associated with (some) other fibres.

Actazin® Green Kiwifruit powder: aids digestion, bloating and abdominal discomfort, through a digestive enzyme, actadin. As a natural source of fibre, enzymes, polyphenols and minerals, which supports normal bowel function.

Flavour and sweetener: Fibes Co. uses natural stevia leaf extract, to provide natural sweetness, without adding significant calories, or other downsides. While natural flavours provide the distinct, delicious taste, you'll love.

Fibre maths

What 10 grams
actually looks like.

Most Australians get around 12 to 18 grams of fibre a day, well short of the recommended 27 to 38. The gap is real, and the foods that feel fibre-rich usually aren't.

Every serve of Fibes delivers 10 grams of fibre. This is what it takes to match a single serve with food alone.
